Non-Invasive Leak Detection
Non-invasive leak detection is a process that can be used to identify the source of water intrusion without having to damage the surrounding area or structure. This type of leak detection is often used in situations where traditional methods, such as excavation, would be too disruptive or expensive.
Certified Mold Inspector
A certified mold inspector is an expert who looks for signs of mold growth and moisture damage and their causes, which, if left untreated, could lead to structural and health issues in a property.
Certified Infrared Thermal Imaging Inspector
Thermal imaging, or infrared camera water leak detection is a non-invasive process used to detect and locate the source of water intrusion. Water causes a change in temperature in the surrounding area. Thermal imaging detects this temperature difference found mostly on the surface of an object such as a wall or ceiling caused by the water intrusion. The Infrared camera then displays thermal images that show temperature differences through distinct colors. This infrared technology allows inspectors to quickly identify and repair problems before extensive water damage occurs.

Before Buying
Before purchasing a property, it is important to have a water intrusion inspection done to ensure that the property is free from water damage. This inspection is done to identify any water damage that may have occurred in the past or is currently present in the property. It is important to have this inspection done by a professional inspector who has experience in identifying water damage and can provide a detailed report of their findings.
Comprehensive Legal Reports
After your inspection you will receive a detailed comprehensive report that illustrates what is causing the water intrusion, what can be done to fix it, and what types of professionals can perform those services best. In cases where it is necessary, the evidence provided in the report can help determine who is responsible.
Fiber Optic Sewer Camera Inspection
A Sewer Camera Inspection is a process used to assess the condition of sewer lines and detect any issues. It involves inserting a small, waterproof camera attached to a flexible rod into the sewer line. This camera is then used to provide an inside view of the pipe. The process allows for visual inspection of cracks, breaks, tree root intrusions, and other problems. The camera also locates obstructions in the line. If your sewer pipe is cracked, clogged, crushed, or disconnected, a sewer camera inspection will enable the inspector to detect the issue.
Acoustic Water Leak Detection
Using sophisticated acoustic equipment, inspectors can locate live water pipe leaks that are buried underground, or in concrete walls, or floors when no other signs are present.
Tracer Gas Leak Detection
Tracer gas is a non-destructive method of finding water leaks in live water pipes. It involves injecting a safe mixture of hydrogen and nitrogen into the pipes and using a tracer gas sniffing device to locate the gas escaping from the sealed pipework. The gas will exit the pipe at the leak and make its way to the surface where it is detected using gas sensitive probes. This method is mostly prevalent when the leakage point is tough to identify, for instance in slow leaks.
Balloon Test
To test for leaks a sewer balloon is pushed down into the sewer system then inflated with a pump. Next the sewer is filled to the level of the pipe with water. If the water level in the pipe falls after the pipe has been blocked off at the main, it means there is a leak in the sewer system.
Pressure Gauge Test
By attaching a pressure gauge to your water system, we can determine if there is a live water leak present in your system, and begin the process of locating the leak.
